Reservation

How do I book Cottageparks?

You’ve found the perfect campsite and accommodation on www.cottageparks.fr, and now you have two options for booking: website or telephone 0467264132. Please consult our Terms of Use for more information.

How much should I pay at the time of booking?

A deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay will be required to finalize your reservation. The booking fee and optional cancellation guarantee must also be paid at this time.

When do I have to pay the balance of my reservation?

The balance of your booking must be paid 30 days before your arrival. All terms of payment are set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which can be downloaded from our website at any time, as well as at the time of booking, and are available in your confirmation e-mail.

Accepted means of payment are :

Changing my reservation

What are the conditions for modifying my stay?

Before the start of your stay, all requests for changes to your stay must be sent by e-mail to bienvenue@cottageparks.fr

Our team will do its utmost to satisfy your request, subject to availability. Any modification to a stay may result in additional charges for changes to dates, types of accommodation, services or options, etc., according to the establishment’s price list.

Once your stay has begun, any premature departure, interruption or reduction of your stay for any reason whatsoever will not give rise to any reimbursement, credit note or indemnity.

Cancelling my reservation

What are the conditions for cancelling my stay?

The customer is obliged to inform Cottage Parks of the cancellation of their stay by e-mail to bienvenue@cottageparks.fr .

If the customer has not subscribed to the Optional Cancellation Guarantee at the time of booking, then 100% of the total cost of the stay remains due.

What is the Optional Cancellation Guarantee?

At the time of booking, the optional cancellation guarantee will be offered with the other options and additional services. If you choose this option, you will be reimbursed 50% of the total cost of your reservation if you cancel more than 45 days before the date of your stay. All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to bienvenue@cottageparks.fr.

Claims

If my stay doesn't go well, who should I contact?

During your stay, don’t hesitate to contact the staff at your chosen campsite directly. In this way, many issues can be resolved quickly and to the mutual benefit of all parties.

After your stay or if the campsite has not been able to solve your problems during your stay, you can contact the Cottage Parks team at the following address: sav@cottageparks.fr

To be taken into account, this complaint must reach Cottage Parks within 15 days after the end of the services.

Unaccompanied minors

Can unaccompanied minors stay at Cottage Parks campsites?

Each campsite has its own policy regarding unaccompanied minors. We therefore invite you to consult the internal regulations of each establishment.

For example, the La Clape Village and La Tamarissière campsites do not allow unaccompanied minors. In all cases, reservations must be made by an adult.

The animals

Are dogs allowed on Cottage Parks campsites?

Each campsite has its own pet policy. You can find a list of our dogfriendly campsites on this page: DogFriendly

Important: only one pet per rental accommodation is allowed. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.

For the well-being of all holidaymakers, please respect the campsite rules and regulations: health record and vaccinations up to date, dogs kept on a lead in the campsite, compulsory rubbish collection…

Vouchers & Cards

Are VACAF vouchers accepted at www.cottageparks.fr?

No, we don’t have the VACAF label.

Are ACSI cards accepted on www.cottageparks.fr?

No, we do not accept ACSI cards.
