  • First name, last name and date of birth of all participants in the trip
  • Full physical address, e-mail address and telephone number of the person making the reservation
  • Dates of stay, amount of stay, campsite and type of accommodation chosen, method of payment…
  • Registration number of vehicle used during stay

Retention period: We keep this data until the end of the service, then for 3 years (unless you specifically request otherwise).

We disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law or court order, in response to a law enforcement agency, to the extent permitted by other provisions of law, to provide information, or for the investigation of a matter related to public safety.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google.

Google may not use the data for any other Google services.

The inclusion of complete IP addresses is blocked by us.
